You’ll be working with autistic adults and people with learning disabilities who require skilled, person-centred support to live safely, stay independent, and achieve their goals. This is a varied role where your professional judgement will be key, from Care Act assessments and safeguarding enquiries to Mental Capacity Act work and multi-agency planning.
