Facilities Coordinator

Your new role
You will be supporting the Facilities Manager by performing on-site tasks and duties such as the following:
* Be the point of contact for contractors and facilities maintenance testing.
* Ensure sites equipment and systems, including air conditioning plant, heating, lighting, water & sewerage, fire and security alarms etc. are tested and up to code.
* Ensure facilities department procedures are appropriately logged, tracked and completed.
* To cover front of house if there are absences.
* Advise the manager of actions that need to be taken for facility repairs and tests.
* Carry out PAT for domestic equipment onsite.
What you'll need to succeed
* A keen attitude to adapt to a variety of tasks within the department.
* Experience with facilities exercises such as PAT tests, contractor booking and H&S codes.
* Able to confidently use initiative but communicate effectively when support is required.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Clean, full driving licence
