Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Male Support Worker to join our team based in Weymouth. You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time, Part Time & Relief ????? hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within the Dorset areas of Weymouth, where you can make a profound impact on the lives of young people. On behalf of a young man living in Weymouth, we are seeking male support staff to help him lead a fulfilling and active life in his own home. We are looking for individuals who enjoy football, gardening, and outdoor activities such as sailing and walking. You should have experience supporting people with learning disabilities, including those who may display anxious behaviors. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in someone’s life, along with a commitment to person-centered, engaging support, is essential.
