You will be part of the not‑for‑profit audit team, working with a wide variety of clients within the sector including charities, schools, academies, grant makers, membership organisations, and professional bodies. You will manage a team of auditors within a supportive and approachable environment.
Qualifications
* A tangible passion for audit and/or the charities, non‑profit and social purpose sector that inspires colleagues and clients alike.
* The ability to act as a role model, setting an admirable example of the firm’s talented trainees.
* Tangible drive for delivering exceptional client service that adds value, underpinned by strong relationships fostered with clients.
* Aptitude for engaging with the bigger picture: thinking beyond the remit of an auditor, promoting innovation, nurturing talent, improving culture and motivating others, setting an example for others to follow.
* Excellent teamwork competencies: collaborating with others and supporting colleagues in a myriad of ways.
