HR Business Partner – 3-Month Contract
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: TBC
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
This is an urgent requirement due to the volume and complexity of current employee relations casework.
You will play a key role in managing high-risk ER matters across multiple sites, working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, sickness, change management, and TUPE.
* Provide confident, risk-based advice on employment law and HR best practice.
* Partner with managers to deliver effective HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven hands-on experience in managing complex ER casework.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* CIPD Level 5+ (ideally Level 7).
* Experience in the public sector and working in unionised environments.
Due to nature of the role, we require candidates who are available immediately or on short notice periods.
