Are you a university student, college leaver or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, ready to take your first step in an exciting career path? We’re pleased to offer the opportunity to join our team as a Marketing intern on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, starting mid‑September or early October, at our head office in Corsham. In this role, you’ll become part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas matter. You’ll help shape our marketing activities, learn from experienced colleagues, and gain valuable insight into how a modern marketing team operates. If you’re enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn, this could be the perfect start to your career.

The Company

allmanhall is a thriving, growing, owner‑managed food procurement organisation, based in the beautiful countryside of Wiltshire, just a few miles outside Bath. We specialise in being the food procurement partners for schools, care homes, stadiums and catering companies. Our mission is to deliver sustainable value for every client, because good food shouldn’t cost the EARTH. We challenge and transform food supply so informed decisions become clear. Our team is made up of talented, professional, and passionate individuals, who could work anywhere but choose, and are proud to be, a positive part of allmanhall. We develop our team and offer opportunities for long term careers. In 2023, we achieved the Investors in People Gold award, and were one of 4 finalists for the Employer of the Year (2‑49 employees) Gold category! We were also awarded the Winners of the Best Sustainable Food Procurement Company 2025! One team member says: “The company encourages and empowers everyone to make a positive difference. The support provided is above and beyond”.

Our values – at our core, this is what makes us allmanhall:

* Everyone matters
* Agile and independent thinking
* Real results
* Thought provoking and informed
* Here for the long term

The Role

Working directly within our marketing team, you will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across digital, content, events and internal communications. This is a hands‑on role where you will gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities and work closely with colleagues across the business. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, get involved and take ownership of projects, while learning how marketing supports commercial growth and brand positioning in a professional services environment. You’ll also gain practical experience, real responsibility and insight into how marketing contributes to commercial success.

Main Duties:

* Contribute to the creation of our quarterly Foodsight eMagazine publication.
* Support content creation (including Canva use) and deployment for LinkedIn and email campaigns.
* Maintain marketing materials and brand assets.
* Create content and brand messaging for professional audiences.
* Assist with case studies, blogs and insight pieces.
* Help coordinate events, webinars and internal communications.
* Set up new portal users, website administration, updating content and reports.
* Assist with day‑to‑day marketing and Salesforce administration and reporting.
* Learn social media strategy and performance tracking and how marketing aligns with sales and business development.
* Support SEO and GEO tracking and reporting.
* Deliver reports and stats to guide KPIs and company decisions.
* Raise POs for marketing activity.
* Help create PowerPoint decks and other materials to support teams delivering presentations, training and webinars.
* Learn how a marketing function operates within a growing business and how to plan and execute B2B campaigns.

What we can offer

* A supportive and collaborative team environment.
* Real responsibility and meaningful project work.
* Mentoring and development opportunities.
* Exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
* Flexible working arrangements where possible.

The Candidate

* An interest in marketing, communications, sustainability and/or the food industry.

* Keen to adopt and optimise new digital tools.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Canva/Adobe suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn or website CSM platforms (bonus but not essential).

Above all and more importantly, we’re looking for enthusiasm; someone who is eager to learn, share ideas, and grow with the team. We’re not searching for perfection; we’re far more excited to welcome someone down to earth, with energy, humility, curiosity, and the confidence to give things a go. We value fresh thinking and creative ideas, and we’ll support you with the freedom and encouragement to explore them.

The Contract

Fixed‑term contract: 6 month contract initially.

Part‑time: 24‑29 hours per week (working pattern to be confirmed on offer).

Salary: £25,000‑£26,500 (FTE) depending on experience.
