The Role:
* Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups
* Delivering catch-up/intervention sessions
* Encouraging inclusion and positive engagement
* Working closely with the class teacher to adapt learning to pupil needs
What We're Looking For:
* Recent experience working with children or within education
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB etc.) or relevant experience
* A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
