Your new role
This is a newly created temporary Fleet Administrator role working as part of a small team and taking responsibility for managing your own workloads. Duties are varied and will include:
1. Dealing with supplies on a daily basis
2. Managing the team inbox
3. Creating PO numbers
4. Dealing with and logging machinery defects
5. Office administration
6. Answering iing calls
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this temporary Fleet Administrator job, you will require a minimum of 3 years' current administration experience as well as be immediately available to start work.
7. You will require a Driving Licence because this is a rural site.
8. Technical administration experience required.
9. Inbox management.
