Currently partnered with a growing architectural organisation seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the wider office and the Senior Management team. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
This organisation fosters a people-first culture and is passionate about delivering full architectural services to residential, commercial, and community clients and projects.
About You:
* Experience as an Office Manager/PA, ideally within the construction sector
* Human Resources administration (contracts, absence, holidays, appraisals)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to produce staff reports on efficiency and prepare payroll
* Maintenance of internal ISO quality and environmental certifications
* Experience with monthly invoicing for clients
