What You'll Be Doing
* Learning our business from the ground up across customer acquisition, campaign delivery, and client representation
* Representing client brands professionally across events, B2B, and residential campaigns
* Working towards performance targets and contributing to campaign results
* Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
* Taking part in structured leadership training and business strategy sessions
