What You'll Be Doing: As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support for our HR Business Partners and Line Managers—helping to keep everything running smoothly across recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations. You’ll play a vital role in: Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and managers. Assisting with employee relations matters by preparing documentation and coordinating key meetings. Managing HR documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring all HR activities are completed efficiently and on time, from new starter paperwork to family leave processes. Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR queries and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams. Who You Are: You’ve got experience in HR administration or coordination (hospitality or luxury service is a plus!) You’re warm, approachable, and can handle confidential matters with total professionalism. Organisation is your superpower – and you never miss a detail. You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and bonus points if you know your way around HR systems like Fourth. Your CIPD qualified or working towards it or looking to achieve it with our support. Salary: £28,000 per annum plus tronc Shift Pattern: This position consists of 40 hours per week.
