GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brighton from September 2025. Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Key Stages 1 and 2 pupils in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports children s emotional, social, and academic growth.
* Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure all pupils thrive.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement across the classroom.
* Adapt teaching to accommodate diverse learning needs, including EAL and SEN pupils.
Primary School Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (e.g. PGCE, SCITT, or BEd).
* Recent and relevant experience teaching in UK primary schools.
* Sound knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a creative teaching style.
* A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
