Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Deliver strategic commercial and marketing plans, along with budget recommendations based on data and insights; align marketing budget allocation with annual commercial plan priorities; maintain adequate funding throughout the year.
* Marketing Effectiveness and Optimization: Drive marketing effectiveness across LR channels (stores and digital platforms); optimize the full funnel marketing mix; challenge and develop the global marketing planning process; leverage CRM / CLV insights.
