In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data Analyst qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Work closely with their HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient data management. Pulling Data from Excel & Cascade and External Sources: Utilise your expertise in Excel to extract and consolidate data from diverse sources, ensuring its completeness and accuracy. Running and Creating Reports for Managers: Present data in visually appealing graphs and charts, empowering their managers to make informed decisions based on insights. Analysing Survey Data: Dive deep into survey data, uncovering valuable insights that drive continuous improvements in their processes and strategies. Working with Structured and Instructed Data: Master the art of working with structured data sets and following specific instructions to maintain data consistency and quality. Payroll Reporting: Contribute to the smooth operation of their payroll system by providing accurate and timely reports. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Starting salary of £18,000 per annum Salary Reviews: Salary increase to £20,000 per annum after 6 months, then minimum wage after 12 months followed by potential future increases.
