Your role will include: Personal care and support with daily tasks Administering medication Monitoring recovery progress and keeping care records Helping individuals rebuild confidence and connect with local services Working as part of a therapy-led team focused on recovery and independence What you need: At least 6 months of paid UK care experience in the past 3 years Medication administration training Driving licence and access to your own car Right to work in the UK Confidence using moving and handling equipment A caring nature, with strong communication and teamwork skills Why choose Newcross?
