As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent across Gattaca’s UK and international operations.You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and inclusive recruitment process.

We are looking for individuals with;
* Strong understanding of recruitment – whether your background is in sales, account management, or candidate delivery, we’re looking for individuals who understand the recruitment lifecycle and are passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
* Strong relationship-building skills – you’re confident communicating with managers across various departments and levels, quickly building rapport and establishing trust to support hiring needs effectively.
* Interested in Recruitment Marketing professionals – if you have experience in Recruitment Marketing and are curious about transitioning into a more hands-on recruitment role, we’d love to hear from you. Your insights into employer branding and candidate attraction bring valuable perspective to our team.
