This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch a career in recruitment and business development. You’ll work directly alongside Alexander, with hands-on, daily one-on-one coaching and clear career development pathways from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Engaging with potential clients and candidates across the clean energy and critical infrastructure markets
• Supporting outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building initiatives
• Learning the core principles of executive recruitment and strategic growth partnerships
• Playing a key role in scaling one of the industry’s fastest-growing specialist firms

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in recruitment, energy, or tech
• A confident communicator with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
