They manufacture sustainable products for the civil, household, industrial market and are breaking out to the wider EU market. They have made huge investments into their 70-acre site, most recently installing £2m solar panels across their 2 sites, installing 3 new lines and are in the process of upgrading obsolete equipment. The order book is continuing to grow, and the company is now at a point where they can really kick on and become a world class manufacturing facility in the future. The Budgets for the forthcoming year have already been set, and they are very healthy, there is a great deal of support within this role and there will be money available for you take under CAPEX and projects to improve the site further. This role would suit an existing maintenance leader or someone with a proven track record of overseeing a team of engineers.
