The role
This is an excellent C++ Developer / Research Engineer position for my client. The successful C++ Developer / Research Engineer will use their knowledge of C++ and distributed systems to implement systems and concepts put forward in academic papers.
The Company
The successful C++ Developer / Research Engineer will be joining an innovative and exciting start-up organisation, working within the field of Blockchain technology. You will be joining a business who have received extensive support and backing for their work. The current working pattern is seeking a candidate who will ideally be based full time in office but there is flexibility for 1 – 2 days remote working; for the right candidate.
33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

What’s Required?
The successful C++ Developer / Research Engineer will have:
Prior commercial experience within a similar engineering role with C++ programming skills
A background of publications either through a MSc, PhD or previous research-based role
Experience of security projects or with distributed systems
Further knowledge of Blockchain, Cryptography or programming skills in Rust or Go would also be highly advantageous
