NHSL 232169 – Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Join NHS Lothian as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at the Edinburgh Cancer Centre, Western General Hospital. This fixed‑term, one‑year post (1 year) will be part of the Renal and Melanoma teams providing assessment, treatment and support for patients receiving Systemic Anti‑Cancer Therapy (SACT), specifically Immunotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, treatment and support to patients receiving SACT within Renal and Melanoma teams.
* Actively participate in the development of the service and gather data to inform improvements.
* Support the ongoing expansion of SACT services across the Edinburgh Cancer Centre.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain high quality, compassionate, safe and effective care.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience in oncology or related field.
* Keen interest in oncology patient care and treatment.
* Current or soon to be obtained PVG Scheme membership for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult). If not a current member, a successful Disclosure Scotland assessment is required prior to start.
* Legal permission to work in the United Kingdom.
Work conditions
* Fixed term – 1 year, full‑time.
* May close early if sufficient applications received.
