Job Description
Our client is a leading housebuilder in the South Yorkshire region looking for a Residential Conveyancer. This is a great opportunity for a candidate keen to develop and progress their skills. Based in South Yorkshire this company does offer hybrid working and would want candidates willing to go into their offices 3-4 days per week.The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of conveyancing and new build
* Manage a busy caseload of plot sales from opening to completion
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
* Be able to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business
