About the business
We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium challenger brand in the food category, one that has scaled fast, built genuine brand love, and secured major UK retail listings.
They’re now looking for a National Account Executive/Junior National Account Manager to support their Retail Sales team across key grocery and specialist accounts.
This is not a “graduate stepping stone” role.
They’re looking for someone with:
* Commercial maturity
* Experience in branded FMCG
* Confidence being involved in retailer conversations
* A detail-first mindset with strong admin skills
* The ability to manage deadlines without noise

* An NAE ready to step into a more autonomous environment
* A JNAM wanting real exposure to senior retail customers

The Role
You’ll support the Retail Sales team in managing major UK customers, including:
* Sales reporting and analysis
* Promotional planning & execution
* Forecasting and supply coordination
* Joint Business Planning support
* Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance
