Commis Chef Ideal Profile:
* Has previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Shows eagerness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
* Can handle prep and service under pressure while staying calm
* Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
* Takes pride in presentation and consistency across all dishes
* Understands basic food safety and hygiene procedures
Commis Chef Responsibilities:
* Supporting the kitchen team with prep and service throughout the day
* Always maintaining high food hygiene standards
* Assisting with plating and presenting dishes to spec
* Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and organised
* Helping to receive and store deliveries safely and efficiently
* Working alongside senior chefs to develop culinary skills
