This is a full-time, term-time only position with the potential to become permanent. Role Overview The Learning Support Assistant will work closely with secondary-aged students who experience social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The role involves providing tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one and small group support for students with ADHD and SEMH needs. Assist in managing and positively de-escalating challenging behaviour.
