A major UK organisation is undertaking a large scale transformation of its retail operations and is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery and rollout of a new EPOS platform across a national estate.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with EPOS systems in retail or hospitality and understands how hardware, software and operations come together in a fast paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful rollout of a new EPOS solution across multiple sites, working closely with engineering teams, operational leaders and frontline staff.
What you will be doing
* Delivering the rollout and optimisation of a new EPOS solution across multiple retail locations
* Managing day to day progress with internal engineering and external suppliers
* Translating technical updates into clear business language for non technical stakeholders
* Ensuring operational workflows function correctly and supporting retail teams during deployment
* Tracking progress, identifying risks and driving solutions
* Supporting the development of the business case and contributing to senior stakeholder communications
What you will bring
* Strong experience working with EPOS systems in retail or hospitality environments
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence senior leadership
* Experience rolling out technology across multiple physical sites
* Good understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, hardware behaviour and system integrations
* An operational mindset and willingness to spend time on site to understand real world workflows
* Clear communication skills and the ability to bring structure and clarity to fast moving environments

* Salary up to 75,000
* Hybrid working
* Approximately one day per week on site across the UK depending on project needs
