This is an excellent opportunity to secure steady, long-term work within the public sector, delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance works across a range of properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out internal and external painting and decorating tasks to a high professional standard. Prepare surfaces, including stripping, sanding, filling, and priming. Apply a variety of finishes including gloss, emulsion, and specialist coatings. Wallpapering skills preferred – hanging, matching, trimming, and finishing to a high standard. Work on domestic and commercial properties including void and occupied homes. Ensure all work meets specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and adhere to health & safety policies. Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues.
