Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
Providing guidance and support to junior staff and conveyancing assistants where required
Maintaining high levels of client care and communication
Assisting with the continued growth and development of the property department
Requirements
Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with significant residential conveyancing experience
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and Land Registry procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
