Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting a growing business based in Cambridge to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team.
Your new role
You'll be reporting to the CFO and your key responsibilities will include:
Bank reconciliations
Month-end processes
Budgeting
Forecasting
Variance Analysis
What you'll need to succeed
Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines across UK and international entities.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across departments and external partners.
A proactive mindset with the desire to improve systems, processes and reporting.
