Finance Analyst | Professional Services | Oxford (Hybrid) | £50,000-£55,000 Marks Sattin is partnering with a prominent professional services organisation based in Oxford to hire a permanent Finance Analyst as part of their expanding finance function. This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis at a senior level, delivering meaningful insights that shape strategy, growth plans, and acquisition activity across a multi-entity professional services group. Operating across several business lines, the organisation offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders in operations, business development, service delivery, and marketing-providing a strong platform for progression within a fast-moving, collaborative environment. A little bit more about the role Reporting to the FP&A Director and supported by a junior analyst, you will play a key role in the group's financial planning and analysis activities. You'll lead critical planning cycles, produce detailed commercial insights, and support strategic initiatives including potential acquisitions. Key responsibilities include: Leading the quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles and ensuring timely consolidation into the Group P&L Preparing detailed budget and forecast packs for senior leadership across the UK Ensuring accurate phasing and timing of upcoming projects within forecasts Partnering with operational, commercial, and marketing teams to gather relevant data and challenge assumptions Supporting investment proposals for potential acquisitions and coordinating information across multiple departments Creating scenario models and draft P&Ls for new business opportunities, identifying the key commercial levers A bit about you Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
