We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder at Pioneer People.
This is not a typical EA role.
We are a growing education recruitment business based in Birmingham, entering a scale‑up phase. We need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution into a fast‑moving environment.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, taking ownership of projects, managing priorities, and helping drive the business forward.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning projects and seeing them through to completion
* Organising priorities, workflows, and day‑to‑day operations
* Producing clear, accurate reports and management information
* Writing high‑quality emails, documents, and summaries
* Working with data, numbers, and business metrics
* Supporting key operational and leadership initiatives
* Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Highly organised, logical thinker
* Strong written and verbal communicator
* Comfortable with numbers and data
* Professional, confident, and dependable
* Able to take ownership and work independently
* Not phased by pace, pressure, or direct conversations
* Interested in how businesses grow and operate
* Experience as an EA is helpful, but not essential. Mindset and capability matter more.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
