One of my local government clients is currently recruiting an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance at the office 2-3 times a week.
Overview:
The successful candidate will work on the busy ICT Service Desk for Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary. Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, live chats, and managing incoming requests via the self-service portal. We are seeking a motivated individual capable of handling a high volume of calls and chats, and actively managing self-service portal requests.
