Complaint Handler
We're on the lookout for a Complaint Handler to join our Complaints Team. You'll be working with customers, wholesalers, colleagues, and regulators, so strong communication and organisation skills are a must.

What you'll be doing
* Log complaints in our internal system, making sure details are accurate and up to date
* Investigate customer queries, find solutions and respond in line with company policies
* Spot trends in complaints and suggest improvements to prevent future issues
* Ensure customers get fair, consistent outcomes every time

What you'll bring to the role
* Previous office experience with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
* Experience handling complaints is a plus, but full training will be provided
* Comfortable working with numbers and calculations
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and confidently
* Approachable and knowledgeable when engaging with colleagues and customers
* Ability to develop an understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in the water sector, using analytical skills to tackle complex issues
* Attention to detail, with the ability to draft and prepare written documentation accurately
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Works independently while also demonstrating strong teamwork skills
