We are recruiting a Property Manager to join a respected independent lettings business based in Banbury. This permanent role offers responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties while maintaining high service and compliance standards for landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential tenancies from move-in to move-out Delivering a consistent, high-quality service to landlords and tenants Completing pre-let checks, inventories, and ensuring properties meet required standards Conducting check-ins and check-outs, including deposit negotiations and refunds Coordinating maintenance, refurbishment, and repair works with contractors Managing insurance claims when required Working with accounts to ensure rent is collected promptly Identifying opportunities to grow and optimise the managed portfolio Providing out-of-hours emergency cover on a rota basis What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential property management preferred (circa 3 years advantageous but not essential) Propertymark Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Calm and effective under pressure Proactive approach with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Effective problem-solving ability What's In It For You?
