Responsibilities
* Support individuals with care needs, spending your shift with the person you support to make a meaningful impact on their lives.
* Provide training, support and personal protective equipment as needed; assist with activities of daily living and community engagement.
* Work with a team and be part of a locally-based role (no requirement to drive a car).
Qualifications and Requirements
* No specific professional experience required; the organisation values diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
* Patience, empathy, reliability, honesty and a strong work ethic are valued attributes.
* Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of people supported.
