This is an entry‑level Account Manager role focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting customers to maximise the value of Radius products and services.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and online channels.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Proactively encourage clients to utilise available services to maximise value from their accounts.
* Provide clear information, guidance, and support to increase customer engagement.
* Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth customer journey.
* Support the wider Account Management team with administrative and client‑related tasks.
Qualifications
* Some experience in customer service, sales support, or a client‑facing role (work experience, internships, or part‑time roles welcomed).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with digital systems and tools; CRM experience is a plus but not essential.
