National Account Manager (Housebuilders & Developers)

We are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager (Housebuilder & Developer) for the Northern Region to join our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, growing and maximising sales of Caesarstone quartz and porcelain slabs into the new homes market segment. This will involve seeking out housebuilder and developer companies, maintaining the business relationship, and increasing sales derived from housebuilders and developers, whilst ensuring that they are kept up to date and fully informed of any developments within Caesarstone. This includes establishing and developing relationships with key decision makers, tailoring and presenting Caesarstone presentations to customers to cover areas such as company profile, range offered, and marketing collateral available. The role also requires gaining formal commitments in the form of signed agreements, communicating with other team members and providing information that assists in ensuring specification is maintained until fabricators buy Caesarstone mineral surfaces.
Full training will be provided to enable you to deliver product knowledge sessions with designers and promote the Caesarstone colour collection.

Requirements
Essential
* At least 5 years sales experience in a business‑to‑business or business‑to‑consumer environment. Contacts in and experience of the building industry
* Commercial awareness. Knowledge of the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills
* Ability to persuade and influence others
* Computer literacy experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Basic sales and training skills
* Ability to journey plan in the given area
* A full clean driving licence is required
Desirable
* 3 years business‑to‑business sales experience within the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry
* Previous sales experience in the commercial sector
* Experience of working with a premium brand
* University degree or professional qualification with an emphasis on marketing or sales, or equivalency in experience
* Previous field sales experience
Note: The position will require travel and overnight stays.
Candidates will ideally reside in the West Midlands / Manchester / Leeds / Nottinghamshire.
