Role details
I have a client who is looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their close knit team of between 10 and 15 advisors. Exposure to personal injury or clinical negligence would be ideal but any solicitors or legal industry experience is accepted.
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team in a call centre environment.
* Solicitor, law, legal or comparable industry exposure.
* Stakeholder management.
* Strong leadership qualities.
