As a Sales Negotiator based in Nottingham, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer accounts and maintaining excellent relationships
* Handling invoice queries, providing quotes, and processing orders
* Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers, and upselling products
* Responding to customer calls and ensuring outstanding customer service
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
We would like you to have:
* Experience in sales or customer service roles with administrative skills
* Merchant and industry experience (desirable)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Negotiation skills over the phone
* Enthusiasm, proactivity, and the ability to work at pace
