Year 4 Teacher – Bradford | September 2026 Start
We are currently recruiting an experienced and committed Year 4 Teacher to work in a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Bradford from September 2026.
This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys being part of a close‑knit school community and has a strong understanding of Lower Key Stage 2, particularly supporting pupils as they consolidate core skills and build independence.

Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Support pupils in developing key literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum skills
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners, including pupils with SEND
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the SENCO to support pupil progress
Monitor and assess pupil attainment, using data to inform planning and interventions
Promote independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
Create a calm, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Contribute positively to the wider life of a one-form entry schoolRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2
Secure understanding of the Lower KS2 curriculum
Strong classroom management and organisation skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability✅ This role is also open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with appropriate support in place.
