Proven sales experience in car sales or insurance
A confident, outgoing communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Computer literate with strong attention to detail
Local to Romford - this is an office-based role
🔥 What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound leads only - no cold calling
Speaking to business and personal customers over the phone
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored vehicle leasing solutions
Closing deals and earning commission - simple
Meeting realistic KPIs and growing your portfolio
💸 Earning Potential (Uncapped Commission):
Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000
Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
Top performers: £100,000+
