Vanrath's client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy across their Enniskillen site. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, execute, and oversee SHEQ policies, systems, and training initiatives.
* Lead comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures across all operations.
* Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
* Investigate incidents thoroughly and implement corrective and preventative solutions.
* Drive environmental programs focused on waste minimisation and improved energy efficiency.
* Compile and deliver SHEQ performance reports to senior leadership.
* Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement through innovation and active engagement.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' SHEQ management experience (manufacturing or quarry preferred but open to any industry)
* NEBOSH qualified
