DCS Group is looking for a driven and commercially astute National Account Manager to join our UK Wholesale team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts, delivering joint business plans, and driving performance across the UK’s wholesale and route-to-market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage strategic relationships with key UK wholesale customers
2. Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in line with brand and commercial objectives
3. Drive volume, value, and distribution growth across core wholesale partners
4. Deliver accurate forecasting, budget planning, and account performance tracking
5. Manage P&L responsibility, investment budgets, and commercial terms
6. Monitor and analyse EPOS and competitor data to identify opportunities
7. Work closely with supply chain, category, and brand teams to ensure alignment
8. Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for medicinal products where applicable
Candidate Profile:
9. Experience working with or within UK wholesale customers
10. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management
11. Skilled in building customer relationships and driving commercial outcomes
12. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
13. Highly organised, analytical, and confident using Excel and reporting tools
