Job Description
Carry out on-site installation, assembly, inspection and repair of specialist equipment across the UK and occasionally overseas
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and scheduling updates
Input and validate customer data, order details, and schedule changes within the ERP system
Attend the daily production meetings to review progress and identify any risks/delays
Complete administrative tasks including documentation, order amendments, and reporting

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Strong customer service experience
Confident managing customer accounts and coordinating with internal teams
Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with Excel
