About the Role
* Working daily with top brands like Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera.
* Investigating and resolving equipment faults at customer premises, adhering to service guidelines.
* Performing preventative maintenance and completing work within the designated response schedule.
* Installing machines, including networking setups and operator training.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
* Collaborating closely with the Call Control Team to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in MPS field technical support or equivalent.
* Proven competence in photocopier maintenance.
* Completion of manufacturer training courses.
* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
