Job Description
We are currently seeking a well experienced Chef. The role is a very hands on that will require the right person to work with consultants to design and implement a menu for a constructiontchen site. In the role you will be expected to take the lead and growth within kitchen revenue, recruit employees, maintain records, hygiene, and expand the menu.
The candidate should have experience working with Merry Chefs, and Rationales to assit delivering a high standard of food for the employees. The client is looking for a full range of dishes from standard items to dishes that are in keeping with current food styles, and lifestyle choices.
The main hours of work can range from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a couple of hours on a Saturday if required.

Duties and responsibilities
* Establish and maintain all records expected within a cooking environment.
* Recruit and train additional personnel
* Keep environment clean, and professional standard throughout, at all times.
* Work with management to produce a menu within budgets
* Keep wages with budget
* Price menu and maintain agreed GP on products
Experience and qualifications
* Food Hygiene cert
* 3 years in similar role
* Proven track record
* references required
