Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking full ownership of P&L performance, driving revenue, profitability, and efficiency
* Leading a fast-paced operational site, ensuring high standards across service and delivery
* Building and maintaining strong, face-to-face relationships with key customers
* Driving account retention and growth through commercial insight and service excellence
* Leading and developing a management team, overseeing an indirect workforce of 50+
* Implementing improvements across operations, sales, and customer performance

* Proven experience delivering revenue growth within a service and operations led environment
