You must have an interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to follow detailed instructions as there is a requirement to concentrate and work accurately. You must be flexible in approach to duties, prepared to work reasonable extended hours if needed and capable of physical effort in order to move heavy boxes and equipment.
