About the Position:
We are seeking motivated Utility Savings Specialists to join our expanding customer service team. As a FTSE 250 company established since 1996, Utility Warehouse serves over one million customers nationwide, helping households reduce their essential service costs.
The Role:
You will be responsible for consulting with households about their current utility arrangements and demonstrating how consolidating services with one provider can significantly reduce their monthly expenditure. This customer-focused position involves working with people you know to help them achieve substantial savings on energy, broadband, mobile, and insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer consultations via phone and face-to-face meetings
• Demonstrate cost-saving benefits of service consolidation to households
• Guide customers through the switching process and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
• Identify potential customers amongst your personal contacts who could benefit from our services
