Job Description
* Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to guide decision-making.
* Manage cash flow and provide strategic recommendations for financial optimisation.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial planning.
* Identify areas for cost improvement and implement effective financial controls.
* Supervise and support the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management.
* Ensure proper management of tax, audits, and other statutory obligations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally within the property industry.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills.
* A meticulous approach to financial reporting and compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
