Kitchen Team Leader – Gloucester (Quayside) – Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside) as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You’ll manage the kitchen daily – overseeing rotas, ordering food, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll own the kitchen operations, from food quality to hygiene compliance. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become Head Chefs.
PAY RATE: Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS: 30 hours per week – guaranteed hours to help plan your week

What you’ll do:
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs for the hotel.
• Lead during service – organizing the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to standard, from breakfast classics to pub favorites.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, keeping the team trained and records updated.
• Step up when needed – running shifts and supporting new team members.
